We are seeking a driven and professional entry-level Business Development Representative to assist our growing consumer base to assist in product inquiries, answering questions, and finalizing the sales process through to delivery. The entry-level Business Development Representative will put you at the frontline with our client’s consumers and working on sales daily!

Our Business Development Representative position starts entry-level, and we pride ourselves on promoting from within. Daily Functions of our entry-level Business Development Representative:

• Present our client’s products and services to each customer and local business account directly according to their needs and wants
• Utilize negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers
• Customize product recommendations to each customer and business to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Build and maintain relationships with customers until product/service is delivered
• Work with other entry-level and upper-level Business Development Representatives to ensure ultimate success with current knowledge, sales promotions, market trends, and compliance requirements

What we are looking for in an entry-level Business Development Representative:

• Customer service background and strong communication skills
• Experience in an Account Management, Business Development Representative, and/or Leadership role is preferred but not required 
• A strong work ethic and drive for ultimate success
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• The desire for growth and hunger for knowledge throughout the entry-level
• Results-driven mentality
